A Calcutta-based visual artist, Arka's work oscillates between the real and the absurd, between the materiality and the imaginary of reality; exploring people as subjects, finding objects from nature and observing the constant alteration of their state of being. He is passionate about fine art, photography, and film-making which have deeply influenced his work of art.
