About Intaz Ansari

Intaz Ansari did his bachelor's and master's in painting from Santiniketan. His work shows the journey and struggle of a migrant labourer. It depicts how a labouring man — a hawker or street vendor — works within his chosen area, and he tries to describe their daily life through his work. What helps him connect to their lives is that his father also belonged to that community, as part of his profession.
