About this work
Mixed media on paper, from 2024 — a recent work in Jayashree Chakravarty's ongoing landscape and ecology practice. Weeds and wild flora recur as subjects across her paper-based works, built with the layering, tearing and staining techniques she has developed since her 1993–95 residency at Aix-en-Provence.
